OEM Processing Flow
Phase I: Understanding
The key in a successful OEM product is knowing and understanding the product. OEM Expert know the importance in Understanding the product in all aspects including functions, durability, appearance and will observe and analysis professionally.
Through detailed analysis and information sharing, value added features are often found to enhance the product.
Phase II: Product Design & Prototyping
The engineering and construction design of the product is prepared in details based on the requirement of the customer. The performance and durability of the Product is kept in mind, but not over-engineered to produce ultimate value.
Prototype is build when the design is complete, providing an opportunity to test and verify all functions to yield an excellent product.
We believe a good Product must be lead by high quality and thorough Product Design since the beginning.
Phase III: Tooling design and Sampling
The confirmed design will be passed on to Mold Making. The design of each mold is done in details, and the mold flow are carefully analyzed prior to actual Mold Making.
Mold Makers have extensive knowledge and experience in tool making and use first grade mold making machinery to build top quality mold.
Each step is planned in advance to yield ultimate performance and durability suitable for long term production.
Phase IV: Testing & Presentation
When the mold making is complete, first product samples will be assembled for sales presentation and detailed analysis and testing. OEM product carry out an extensive range of safety testing analysis. Knowing the customer requirement, OEM Team will study and carry out the necessary testing and make the changes in order to meet its standard.
Oem Products also liaise safety approval application such as GS, CB, CE, UL, ETL with recognized laboratory including UL, SGS, TUV, ITS and many more under clients requirements
Phase V: Production Plan and Quality Control
Production Planning, Quality Control, Supporting Manufacturing Equipment all play an important role in the product and are evaluated in advance. At this stage, the equipment and manufacturing issues are being verified and tested to deliver a reliable product punctually.
Phase VI: After Sales Follow Up
As mentioned, We believe knowing and understanding the product is the Key to Success. We continuously learn and know more by providing full support to any issues that happened to the shipped goods.
